If you’re blue and you don’t know where to go to…PUTTIN’ ON THE RITZ!

“Putting on the ritz” was Roaring Twenties slang for getting dressed up and referred to the excesses at the very fashionable and upscale Ritz Hotel. And that’s just what we want you to do on Saturday, January 23, 2016.

Ladies, pull out those fancy gowns. Gents, grab your arrow collars and white spats. Get all gussied up and join us for ASF’s Annual Gala – Puttin’ On the Ritz! We’re commemorating our 30th anniversary and we want you to share it with us!

The evening will begin with your arrival on our red carpet and subsequent enjoyment of the cocktail hour at our well-stocked open bars. There’s no prohibition here so sip away as much as you like and enjoy the swinging jazz from our live band. And don’t forget to take this opportunity to check out the live and silent auction items, place your initial bids and plan your bidding strategy!

You can also enjoy the entertainment provided by our wandering “table magicians.” They’ll perform their own brand of magic, up close and personal, to your enjoyment and fascination. They’re the cat’s pajamas!

Next up will be the delicious dinner provided by Sir Bruno Serato and the Anaheim White House Restaurant.

Sounds like the bee’s knees, right? It’s an evening Jay Gatsby himself wouldn’t want to miss!

So don’t be a wet blanket! Ditch the flat tire and join all the other swells! Click the Purchase button below to reserve your table/tickets today!

Enjoy the beauty of the South Pacific as seen through the artistic eye of ALAIN DESPERT. Alain Despert was born in Brittany, France in June of 1943. He was educated in Strasbourg. He lived several years in the southern regions of Provence and the Cote d’Azur before moving to the island of Bora Bora in 1986.

It was the beauty of the South Pacific that first inspired Despert’s creative talent. His bright and colorful paintings of everyday life in French Polynesia soon caught the eye of many, including the editor of Town & Country magazine who was visiting Bora Bora to prepare a story on the island. A photograph of Despert surrounded by his paintings was included in the article. As interest in Alain Despert’s work increased, his hobby quickly turned into a full-time profession. He was convinced to move to New York City to pursue his artist’s dream.

But in 2014 he returned to his beloved island. He is very happy to be home again with so many inspirations to continue his passion of painting. And now, one of his beautiful works of art depicting the island(s) he loves can be yours!
