 Systems and Network Administrator’s Assistant (temporary/temp-to-hire)
Position Summary: Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of information systems
including maintaining data and voice services, website presence, purchasing,
installing, troubleshooting, repairing and preventative maintenance of
computer workstations, servers, software, network infrastructure, copiers, fax
machines, printers and Telephone PBX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Install and maintain all network related hardware and software.
- Setup & maintain employee’s telephone system, alarm access, active
directory accounts, exchange mailboxes, remote access security, network
file storage and other appropriate systems.
- Maintain and update (based on new hires and staff attrition) current
employee work telephone extension list, contact information on the server
and shared folders, email distribution lists, and email accounts.
- Maintain hardware warranties, domain names and ensure software license
compliance.
- Orient and train new users to network systems and application functions.
- Desktop support to agency staff and volunteers.
- Maintain routine back-ups of all servers, databases, network file storage
and PBX.
- Assist in development, design and implementation of client database.
- Evaluate and recommend vendors, service providers and emerging
technologies.
- Recommend budget for hardware and software needs.
- Monitors network performance for potential bottlenecks, abuse or
problems.
- General facility upkeep and maintenance. This includes duties such as
coordinating contractors and vendors to repair or maintain physical
building needs, plumbing issues, etc.
- Provide all other maintenance coordination and support as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Position: Full Time, Exempt (temporary/temp-to-hire)

 Bilingual (Spanish) Case Management Assistant
Position Summary: The Case Management Assistant is responsible for assisting
with case management functions as directed and overseen
by the Supervising Nurse Case Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Translate and interpret for case management staff with
monolingual Spanish speaking clients.
- Follow up with clients on case management needs as
directed by case managers.
- Assist case managers with administrative tasks such as
filing, auditing charts, etc.
- Deliver items to clients.
- Ordering supplies.
- All other duties as assigned.
Position: Full Time, Non-exempt
Salary: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
