AIDS Services Foundation invites you to participate in the Adopt-A-Family Program!

The Adopt-A-Family Program is extended to children who are either infected or affected with the AIDS/HIV virus. With the onset of illness and its affects, many of the children are destined to grow up at an accelerated rate, becoming not only parent and homemaker but also caretaker as well. The Adopt-A-Family Program is designed to provide a little extra holiday cheer for those children dealing with the stresses of this disease. Each eligible child has a $50.00 cap with a choice of three items for their “Wish List”. If you are interested in sponsoring any of our families please fill out and return this request form by November 3, 2006. All unwrapped, gift donations must be delivered to ASF by December 1. Sponsor a Bear and Inspire a Smile

Each year AIDS Services Foundation offers gift baskets to its clients to help brighten the holiday season. A staple of the basket each year is the teddy bear. To many of our clients, each teddy bear they have on their bed or on a shelf
represents another year they have outlived HIV disease or AIDS. Help us provide this simple symbol of inspiration to
our clients this year by participating in our
“Sponsor-A-Bear Program”.

For $5.00 each, you can “purchase” a bear that will
be attached to a holiday basket filled with candies,
food items, toiletries, and other useful items.
